What is your standard turnaround time?
Standard reads are returned within 24 hours. For urgent cases, our real-time STAT service delivers immediate radiologist input, including live protocol guidance while the patient is still on the table.
Can we talk to the radiologist who read our case?
Yes. Direct access to the radiologist on your case is core to how we work. You can reach the DACVR who interpreted the study to discuss findings and next steps.
Which modalities do you read?
We specialize in cross-sectional imaging—MRI and CT—and we are happy to read radiographs. We do not provide ultrasound interpretation.
Do you require a contract or minimum volume?
No. There are no contracts, no subscriptions, and no minimum volume. Pricing is per case, so you use the service exactly as much as you need.
