Specialized collaboration
Neuro Imaging Service
A collaboration between Dr. Jaime Sage and Dr. Simon Platt
When neurologic cases are complex, two leaders are better than one. Our Neuro Imaging Service pairs advanced imaging interpretation with veterinary neurology expertise for the most challenging brain and spine cases.
Radiology × Neurology.
Two specialists, one combined interpretation of your case.
Two leaders. One case.
Imaging insight and neurology expertise, together.
Complex neurologic disease rarely fits a single lens. Subtle MRI findings need a neurologist's clinical context, and a neurologic exam needs an expert read of the images. Our Neuro Imaging Service brings Dr. Jaime Sage's cross-sectional imaging expertise together with Dr. Simon Platt's neurology insight—so your toughest brain and spine cases get a combined, collaborative interpretation that points clearly toward the next step.
Built for brain & spine.
MRI is the modality of choice for neurologic disease—and our deepest specialty.
The best neuroimaging answers come when radiology and neurology look at the same study together.— The philosophy behind the Neuro Imaging Service
Subtle MRI findings need clinical context; a neurologic exam needs an expert read of the images. When both specialists weigh in on the same case, the result is a clearer differential, a sharper plan, and fewer "correlate clinically" hedges.
When the answer matters most.
The Neuro Imaging Service is built for cases where the imaging and the neurology have to be read together.
Intracranial disease
Seizures, behavior change, and suspected mass lesions where lesion localization and differentials drive the plan.
Spinal cord & vertebral
Myelopathies, disc disease, and equivocal lesions where neuroanatomic correlation sharpens the read.
Ambiguous or pre-surgical cases
Studies where findings are subtle, conflicting, or carry high surgical stakes and need a second specialist view.
The specialists behind the service.
Radiology
